1. Order Processing Times
We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with top-tier, reliable courier services (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery to your address. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the package leaves our facility.

3. Discreet Packaging Guarantee
Your medical privacy is our absolute priority. All Global Trust Rx orders are packaged and shipped with 100% discretion. You can confidently receive your package at home or the office.
- Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or highly durable padded mailers.
- There is absolutely no pharmacy branding, medical logos, or mention of the contents on the exterior.
- The return address will list a generic fulfillment center name to protect your privacy from neighbors, roommates, or delivery personnel.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packed and the shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate and display the initial scans in the carrier’s transit system.
5. Signature Requirements
If your order requires a signature, you will be notified at checkout and via your shipping confirmation email. If you are not home to sign, the carrier will typically leave a physical notice and attempt delivery on the next business day, or hold the package securely at a local facility for pickup.
6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is completely accurate, secure, and formatted correctly (including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers).
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we cannot issue a refund on regulated items (please see our Refund Policy).
- If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact our support team right away. We can only update addresses if the order has not yet entered the physical fulfillment stage.
7. Fulfillment Center & Support
All orders are securely processed, packed, and shipped directly from our dedicated logistics hub. If you have any questions regarding tracking or delivery times, our team is available 24/7.
